Bailhache Labesse's new high quality offices were completed to a very demanding programme.

The overall contract was completed in 12 months with the internals being completed in a 4 month timescale. This timescale created it's own challenges but in particular the glazed Optima partitioning and atrium glazing had to be pre-ordered, in some cases before floors and ceilings had been completed. To achieve this, size had to be pre-determined to the exact millimeter to ensure to glass fitted. It is testimony to Lotheringtons staff and operatives that this was achieved to the satisfaction of the Client and the professionals involved in this award winning building.
